Vice President of Sales and Development
Rick brings 25 years of experience discovering and optimizing opportunities for growth and profitability in the food industry. With two decades of experience in the seafood industry, he has held senior and executive management positions, most recently as the Director of West Coast Development at High Liner Foods. Previously, he was Vice President Sales, North America for Icicle Seafoods where he was responsible for $200 million in sales, and was instrumental in contributing to three consecutive years of record EBITDA growth.
Rick has a reputation for designing ground-breaking solutions across multiple channels, particularly around business development, marketing communications, and strategic planning. In addition to his senior positions, he has served as Chairman of the Salmon Council of the National Fisheries Institute, Chairman of the Retail Marketing Committee for the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institutes, is a founding member of the Genuine Alaska Pollock Producers, and is a long time member and contributor to the Northwest Fisheries Association.
Originally from California, Rick currently resides in Washington State and holds a BA degree from San Francisco State University.
